Tariff

The Tariff for both flats, assuming a party of four people, for 2007 is as follows:

Tariffs for periods of less than a week, and for smaller or larger parties, can be provided upon application. In August, the minimum letting period is one week.

Terms and Conditions

• A 25% deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 1 calendar month before your arrival.
  
• All major credit cards are accepted.
• Central heating and lighting are included in the price.
• Sorry, no smoking and no pets.
• Every effort is made to accommodate your preferred arrival and departure times. In general, arrival time is after 4.00 pm, and departure time is before 11.00 am. Do let us know if you have particular requirements.
  The management reserves the right to charge guests for any unreasonable damage to the fabric and contents of the apartments during their stay.
• Cancellation policy: we return deposit and or full rental less handling charge only if we are able to re-let the apartment for the required dates.

We advise all our guests to take out travel insurance at the time of booking.
